Warranty Policy

1. Electronic Devices Warranty

IGFI offers a one-year warranty on all its electronic devices starting from the purchase date.

2. Warranty Conditions

To benefit from the warranty services, the original purchase invoice must be presented to verify the device’s serial number and the validity of the warranty period.

3. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers free repair services or replacement of spare parts in case of manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include product replacement or refund.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from the following cases:

4.1. Misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions provided in the product manual or online resources.

4.2. Damage caused by drops, impacts, cuts, or exposure to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or excessive heat.

4.3. Repairs or maintenance attempts by unauthorized parties or the use of non-certified spare parts.

4.4. Operating system malfunctions or software issues caused by user-installed applications or pre-installed apps.

4.5. Deletion of operating system files, hard drive partitions, or damages caused by viruses.
